She was at work when the tv was damaged, it looks like someone tried to move the tv and pressed there thumb against the screen, it isn’t busted throgh or anything, but has a small indention that kinda frays out. The picture is completely messed up, it is just blue with what looks like a shatter design in the upper left corner, where the indention is.
